We are looking for a Financial Manager Automation, a.k.a. “ God of Excel ,” to join our team

of professionals.If you are seeking a full-time position where you will gain international

experience, maintain reporting, build financial models, and engage in direct communication

Our ideal candidate:

• Holds a diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

• Possesses profound theoretical and practical knowledge of financial disciplines.

• Has a good understanding of budgeting and reporting processes (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) according to international standards. Knows how to create financial models in spreadsheets.

• Has a high level of experience in Excel&spreadsheets.

• Practical experience with ZOHO, QuickBooks, XERO, or similar software is a plus.

• Experience with payment systems: Wise, Payoneer, Stripe is a plus.

• Exhibits confident communication skills, with Intermediate English (B1+) or higher is a plus.

• Can communicate effectively with foreign institutions.

• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and collaborate with experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Create and send invoices; communicate via email with foreign customers and vendors.

• Monitor and check internal company time records to create cost reports for business models.

• Keep records of income from foreign customers and expenses; check bonus accruals and budget planning; manage balance accounting and transactions.

• Collaborate with the CFO to fill out and analyze financial metrics, reports, and presentations; provide additional financial information to colleagues.

• Control accounts payable and receivable.

• Develop and oversee income, revenue, and expense plans with the CFO.

• Create and optimize reports (Financial Model, Cash Flow, P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.).

• Develop and maintain company files; provide consultations and onboarding on technical issues to colleagues (Excel, Data Studio, etc.).

• Write instructions and policies for internal processes.

• Set up and optimize financial accounting in the company in collaboration with the CFO.

• Implementing the accounting system with the CFO.
