Expectations from the candidate: Higher education (mathematics/econometrics); Analytical mindset; Proficiency in Excel, Google spreadsheets at a high level; Ability to work with a large amount of data; Experience in 1C8 will be an advantage; Skills in working with accounting documents; Experience in making various payments methods; experience working with cash; English language will be an advantage Duties: Display and control of the movement of funds through payment systems in the database; Control and reconciliation of account balances; Collection and analysis of primary documentation; Organization and control of payment execution; Checking and drawing up acts with counterparties; Control fulfillment of financial conditions of contracts with counterparties; communication with the company's operating divisions; reconciliation and control of company expenses in terms of various expense items, invoices; collection and verification of information for payments to service providers and organizing it in Excel; preparation of data for the formation of monthly, quarterly, annual reports ;Setting tasks in Jira to adjacent departments for further payment and monitoring their execution.
