Financial manager in Cosmo multimall

Our expectations from the candidate:

• higher economic education;
• professional experience of 2 years (accountant, economist, financier, analyst) preferably in retail;
• knowledge Excel (expertise in drawing up analytical tables) for evaluating financial indicators;
• experience working with 1C, BAS;
• experience preparing monthly financial reports (balance);
• responsibility, stress resistance;
• analytical mindset, attention to details, responsibility, ability to work with large data sets.

Your main tasks:

rentroll and management accounting for commercial real estate;
• entering data into a database table (Excel) on the calculation of utility bills and rental rates and their payments;
• comparison of data from 1C and transferring them to rentroll;
• distribution of payment data from 1C to rentroll;
• control of accounts receivable debts;
• formation and control of management reporting, plan-fact analysis of indicators;
• maintenance of summary data on areas and accrued utility services;
• preparation of reports on financial indicators for management.
