Company A1 Telecom invites Financial manager, interested in the development of himself and the company he works for.

A1Telecom is an international IT-telephony operator for business. We specialize in providing modern telecommunications solutions, cloud PBX services, voice communication channels and SMS — mailings for sales departments and companies. The company employs 30 people.

Your duties will be:< /b>

• Managing the full cycle of financial operations in the company and organizing the work of the department;
• Improving and implementing new ideas for the automation and optimization of the financial department; 
• Formation and analysis of financial plans;
• Payment planning and cash flow management; 
• Organization of the company's tax system; 
• Work with local and international banks, payment systems;
• Assisting the financial assistant in solving current affairs; 
• Calculation and payment of rewards to employees, control and accounting of KPI

If you HAVE:

• Higher education (economic/financial);
• Experience as a financial manager from 2 years;
• Experience in managing a team or a strong desire to develop management skills; 
• Experience in the development / description / optimization of business processes and their automation;
• Experience in working with non-resident companies;
• Ability to build and develop relationships with partners, colleagues;
• Knowledge of principles and standards of management, financial, accounting and tax legislation;
• Knowledge of methods of financial analysis and investment planning, analysis efficiency of enterprises;
• Knowledge of programs: MS Office, CRM Bitrix24, 1C 8.

Terms of our cooperation with you:

• Normal work schedule Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
• Work format: remotely;
• Timely payment of wages: rate * KPI + bonus. The rate depends on the results of the final interview. Regular review of rates.
