Place of provision of services: Kyiv (short-term business trips to the regions of project activity are possible).

Contract term: 12 months.

The main task of a financial manager:

Financial support for projects and activities of the Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health (UFHZ) and its founder HealthRight International (Right to Health) in Ukraine, assistance in national accounting.

< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">The main functional duties of a financial manager:

A financial manager should know:

  • Organization of implementation, monitoring of implementation and revision of project budgets of the organization in cooperation with the program manager;
  • possibility of budgeting new projects and preparation of supporting documentation for submission to grant applications;
  • li>
  • financial planning and cost accounting of the organization's projects;
  • reconciliation and preparation of calculation tables within the limits of the organization's projects;
  • preparation of primary documentation in accordance with the requirements of donors and the legislation of Ukraine; preparation financial reporting in accordance with donor requirements;
  • overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the contract, which include cash flow management, timekeeping, reporting to the donor on the financial aspects of the project and daily monitoring of commitments, budgets and expenditures ;
  • ensuring the continuous liquidity of the project;
  • research and determination of new ways of achieving project efficiency;
  • control over compliance of the content and form of primary accounting documents with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and the content of the relevant business operation;
  • control over compliance with procurement rules and policies, in accordance with the Organization's Procurement Manual;
  • support of audit and monitoring checks.
  • legislation on accounting, tax, financial, civil and labor legislation;
  • resolutions, orders, orders and other guiding, methodical and normative materials of financial andcontrol and audit bodies on issues of organization and accounting, as well as those related to the financial and economic activities of the enterprise;
  • procedure of registration of transactions and organization of document flow in non-profit organizations;
  • forms and procedure of display financial calculations in non-profit organizations;
  • methods of economic analysis;
  • features of financial accounting in non-profit organizations.
  • demonstrated working knowledge of accounting systems and software applications, including: QuickBooks, 1 C 8.3, MS Word, MS Excel and other basic computer programs for accounting and analysis.

Requirements for candidates:

  • possession written and spoken English at the B2 level.
  • high level of professional knowledge in the field of financial analysis and modeling, accounting and budgeting;
  • organizational skills, ability to work with people;
  • initiative in work and a sense of high responsibility for the assigned area of ​​work and assigned tasks;
  • ability to perspective planning;
  • discipline;
  • higher education (preferably economic or financial);
  • minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position;

Conditions:

  • full-time employment (work in the office every day, except weekends);
  • adaptation period - 3 months;
  • possibility of professional development;
  • competent manager, friendly team and team support.

The candidate will receive a trial assignment. The candidate who best meets the selection criteria will be offered a paid adaptation period to familiarize himself with the operational processes in the organization and to test the competencies in the execution of the tasks.
