We were founded in June 2018 and are currently developing rapidly. Our company is guided by the IT development strategy for the Naftogaz Group in 2019-2026 through the development of a targeted system architecture, the implementation of IT best practices that will lead to the improvement of Naftogaz Group's operational performance. The portfolio of the company's projects is rapidly increasing, therefore, for their documentary and administrative support, we are looking for a Manager in the customer service department to join our team.
accountingSupporting contracts in the SAP accounting system after they are signed:
preparation of materials, codes and other details necessary for contract registration in SAP
Registration of the contract, registration of acts and invoices in the accounting system, being able to create and download reports in the accounting system and process information on them.
What are our requirements for a potential candidate:
- Higher education in the field of "Economics", "Management", "Legal Studies"
- Owning of financial software (ERP-systems, specialized programs)
- Understanding of financial legislation, tax requirements
- Skills in using the standard package of MS Office office programs, confident users of Excel (Formation of reports, analysis data)
- Data analysis, trend detection, risk assessment
- Long-term planning.
