Required work experience: 3-6 years • Full-time We invite candidates to participate in the selection for the position of Financial / Financial Manager / Manager. The main responsibilities will be: Budgeting: Preparation and execution of annual budgets (general and in terms of expenditure categories); Control and analysis of the use of budget funds. Work with payments: Checking invoices/contracts received from managers for correctness of registration; Checking the availability of funds in budgets; Calculation and preparation of applications; Submission of applications in 1C; Drawing up a register of payments and coordinating payments with the director; Calculation and accrual of salaries in terms of budgets. Formation and management of grant agreements; Calculation of expenses for business trips, taxis, etc. ; Preparation of reports on the use of budget funds (monthly, quarterly (taking into account the exchange rate difference for all budgets), annual); Participation in the annual audit: reporting for auditors, preparation and provision of all necessary documentation. We are looking for a person who: Has a higher accounting or economic education; Understands the principles of budgeting, management of grant agreements; Has 3 years of work experience as an economist or financial manager (preferably in an international non-governmental organization). Confidently uses a PC and has excellent knowledge of MSExcel and 1C 8.3; Speaks English at an above average level; Able to work in a team; Can work with a large amount of information; Endowed with the following personal qualities: systematic and analytical thinking, meticulousness, accuracy, attention to details, high degree of responsibility, sociability, flexibility, honesty, punctuality, stress resistance.
