Finance manager in Pro Pharma

The pharmaceutical company "Pro-Pharma" invites you to participate in the competition for the vacant position of "Financial Manager". Expectations from the candidate: Experience in the field of finance for at least 5 years; Knowledge of legislation on taxation and financial reporting; Work experience in the formation of management reporting; Ability to work with financial programs and a confident user of MS Office, Excel, 1C; High level of analytical and communication skills; Knowledge of IFRS; Experience with P&L, Cash Flow, Balance, cash flow; Proactive approach to work and willingness to initiate changes when necessary; Ability to advocate budget figures, the ability to conduct constructive dialogues; Experience in participating in process automation; Ability to work in a team, work in multitasking mode, responsibility, result orientation; English language (Upper Intermediate), knowledge of Spanish will be a plus. Functional duties: Participation in development and implementation of the company's financial strategies; Monitoring of financial activities, preparation of financial statements; Analysis of the effectiveness of financial processes and recommendations for their optimization; Collection of information and preparation of the consolidated budget of a group of companies; Collection of information and preparation of consolidated management reporting; Control of the closing of management accounting in 1C; Participation in projects on automation of management reporting and development of methodology; Preparation and analysis of a plan-fact with proposals; Management of the company budget and planning of financial resources.
