We are looking for a Financial Manager to join our team. Our expectations from our employees are always the same: we fanatically demand that our people understand and share the philosophy of Creative States.

Your tasks :

• Analysis and control of all company revenues;
• Management reporting on the structure of revenues/prices/customers, etc.;
• Calculation of bonuses for the sales department team;
• Control and work with clients on collection of receivables, reconciliation of mutual settlements;
• Participation in calculations regarding the cost of services;
• Coordination of work on agreements with departments: sales, finance, legal, accounting, administrative - in the part of services used by clients;
• Creation of new procedures and instructions for the team;
• Work with CRM and MS Excel;
• Monthly preparation of management reports on the company's income, debts, etc. (for company departments and for external users of information), keeping all information up-to-date;
• Other operational work.

Your qualifications :

• Relevant work experience of at least 2-3 years;
• Higher accounting or economic education;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation;
• Excellent communication skills, ability to find a way out of a non-standard situation, creativity, desire to help the client;
• Responsibility, organization and attention to details;
• Systemic thinking, the ability to structure information and build processes;
• Proactivity and focus on achieving results;
• Deep knowledge of MS Excel, ability to work with arrays of information;
• Proficiency in English at Upper Intermediate level.
