Inthis role, you will oversee and direct critical financial processes, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, risk assessment, and reporting activities. What you’ll do: Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis tooptimize financial performance. Prepare and supervise consolidated financial reporting for the group ofcompanies. Ensure adherence toall relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Supervise the preparation and maintenance offinancial statements inaccordance with GAAP orrelevant accounting standards. Analyze financial data toidentify trends, assess risks, and support informed decision-making. Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize tax efficiency with local and international tax laws. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital tomeet operational needs and strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, HR, etc.) toachieve financial objectives. Conduct regular reviews ofinternal controls and financial processes toidentify areas for improvement.
