Financial manager in UPG

We are looking for a highly qualified Financial Manager

If you have experience in attracting financing, lending and financial analysis, are result-oriented and ready for difficult tasks, we are happy to invite you to our team

Tasks to be worked on:

• Preparation of financial models and forecasts

• Communication with banks and financial institutions regarding obtaining financing to meet the needs of the company

• Formation of a complete package of documents for banks and other financial institutions

• Maintenance of the current credit portfolio at established banking institutions and monitoring of compliance with the terms of credit agreements

• Analysis of the company's financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow)

• Analysis and optimization of the financing structure

• Preparation of regular reports for management decisions

What skills will come in handy:

• Higher education in economics, finance, banking, accounting and auditing

• Additional courses/certificates in corporate finance, lending, financial analysis will be an advantage

• Work experience of 2-3 years in the field of corporate lending, financial management or working with banks/leasing companies

• Practical experience of attracting various types of financing: credit lines, overdrafts, investment loans, letters of credit, leasing, bank guarantees

• Knowledge and understanding of the following aspects:

• banking products and financing conditions

• financial reporting (Balance Sheet, Statement of Financial Results, Cash Flow)

• financial ratios and indicators of solvency

• demands of banks to borrowers

• credit analysis and risk assessment procedure

• types of security (pledge, guarantee, guarantees)

• Basic knowledge of tax legislation of Ukraine
