The purpose of the role

Formation of reliable, accurate and timely financial reporting in all areas of the company and preparation of financial data for management.

Main Responsibilities1. Financial reporting

• Formation of monthly financial reporting by areas (production, trading, sales).

• Preparation of P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow.

• Calculation and summarynet profit of the company.

• Preparation of financial statements and sending to management.

2. Financial calculations and accounting.

• Preparation of accounts payable reports.

• Preparation of documents before the 1C.

3. Working with banks

• Preparation of financial documents for banks.

• Formation and provision of regular financial reporting to banks.

• Operational communication with bank managers.

4. Automation and reporting. Participation in the implementation and improvement of automation in 1C. Optimization of financial reports and forms. 700">Google Sheets (registers, analytics, summary tables).

5. Work in systems

• 1C 8.3 UPP — conducting and transferring documents, error analysis.

• Google Sheets — financial tables and analytics.

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience of working as a financial manager / financier for 3 years.

• Reliable knowledge of 1C 8.3 UPP or other 1C configurations.

• Practical experience in forming P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.

• Experience in working with receivables and payables, warehouses.

• High attention to numbers, analytical thinking.

• Systematic and responsibility.
