Financial manager in HireStep

Trade and production company —a Ukrainian manufacturer of aluminum systems and furniture solutions, which has been working on the Ukrainian market since 2010 — is looking for a Financial Manager who will help systematize financial flows, strengthen analytics and will provide the company with stable financial growth.

We cooperate with leading manufacturers of aluminum products and offer innovative, modern and reliable solutions for the furniture industry.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the financial and economic condition of the company and the results of its activities;
• Analysis of the company's solvency, increase in profit, reduction of costs for the sale of products;
• Analysis of the implementation of the financial plan and budget, profit plan and other financial indicators;
• Calculation of profit from sales products;
• Preparation of financial reports;
• Reporting on the implementation of sales plans by sales managers and financial results of managers.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics or accounting;
• Experience of working as an economist, financier for 2 years, preferably in production;
• Knowledge of accounting methods and analysis of the economic activity of the enterprise;
• Knowledge of reporting methodologies;
• A confident user of 1C 8.3, Excel (including summary tables and formulas);
• Analytical thinking, attention to details and the ability to work in a team.

Working conditions:

• Format job: full time (showroom-office).
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00 (Sat, Sun - weekends).
• Official employment.
