Financial manager in Sevruk E.A., FLP

We are looking for a Financial Managerfor our partners, the pharmaceutical company Diatom, which is engaged in the wholesale sale of pharmaceuticals.

The main functions of the position:

1. Development and control of the implementation of budgets (annual, quarterly, monthly) management decisions;
2. Calculation of key performance indicators (KPI) for company divisions;
3. Forecasting and analysis of tax payments, assessment of tax risks and consequences of management decisions;
4. Control of cash flow, liquidity management, compilation and control of payment calendar;
5. Interaction with banks regarding tariffs, placement of deposits, receipt of bank statements guarantees;
6. Control of receivables and payables;
7. Optimization and automation of financial processes and reporting;
8. Participation in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.

Main requirements for candidates:

1. Higher education in the field of finance, economics or accounting;
2. Experience in a similar position (financial manager, financial analyst) from 3 years;
3. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage;
4. Deep understanding of financial analysis methods, ability to build financial models;
5. Knowledge of national accounting standards (P (C)BO), understanding the principles of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) will be a significant advantage;
6. Practical experience in the development and control of budgets;
7. High level of MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas);
8. Experience with BAS ERP will be an advantage.
