Who we are looking for:

We are rapidly scaling and looking forFinancial manager, who will become a key player in the direction of "Heat generation".

This is a role for a professional with a deep understanding of financial processes who knows how to work with management accounting, analysis and planning. You will be the one who ensures financial transparency, data accuracy and supports strategic decision-making.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Maintenance of management accounting of the "Heat generation" direction
• Formation and control of management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Budget)
• Analysis of financial results, preparation of conclusions and recommendations for management
• Plan fact analysis, forecasting and cost control
• Participation in budgeting and financial modeling
• Interaction with accounting and related departments
• Preparation of financial reports and presentations for top management and investors

What we expect:

• Higher economic or financial education
• Experience as a financial manager / financial controller from 2 years
• Advanced level of proficiency 1C 8.3, Excel, Google Sheets
• Experience in the formation of management reporting and budgets
• Deep understanding of accounting and management accounting
• Analytical, attentive to details, disciplined and proactive

• Work format: hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) after the trial period.
