WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE?

• From 5 years of experience in financial management and willingness to apply your knowledge for the development of the company, management accounting experience

Accounting knowledge

• Skills of financial and economic analysis, ability to evaluate results, identify opportunities and develop recommendations for growth and propose practical solutions.

• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets (pivotal tables, analytics) and experience with 1C to optimize processes.

• Analytical thinking, the ability to find solutions to complex problems and clearly convey ideas to the team.

• Time management and process management skills for effective performance of tasks in a dynamic work environment.

• Able to work with financial and economic indicators, formulate conclusions, etcdevelop recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the company's activities.

WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS?

• Formation and analysis of monthly P&L and Cash Flow reports for the company's management, as well as preparation of the management reporting package.

• Control by calculation and payment of salary.

• Formation of payment calendar with subsequent monitoring of expenses and optimization of financial flows.

• Coordination of monthly and annual procedures for closing accounts and registers, technical management of these processes.

• Control of receivables and payables, ensuring timely fulfillment of financial obligations.

• Performing financial analysis tasks for management projects and initiatives, including the preparation of analytical reports and recommendations.

• Supporting the expansion of the company's activities in the field of reporting, acting as a strategic business partner for the CFO and key teams.
