Financial manager in KIYiV HLIB

Requirements:

• Higher education (economics, finance, business) additional education (certification, professional development, etc.) will be an advantage;
• work experience of 3 years or more (preferably in manufacturing and trading companies);
• confident PC user: MS Office/1C;
• high level of economic and financial literacy;
• ability to work with financial indicators, understanding of investment analysis;
• understanding of the application of economic indicators, their analysis and description;
• understanding of building business processes, entrepreneurial approach;
• experience of compiling a management reporting package at the level of net profit (CF,PL,BS), budgeting experience;
• ability to analyze large volumes of data.

Duties:

• Ensuring support for the company's economic model; organization and control of the budget process of the enterprise.
• Participation in the development of the company's development strategy, strategic planning and forecasting.
• Analysis and control of pricing processes, as well as bonus and motivational programs.
• Analysis of financial and economic activity of the company and preparation of management reporting.
• Calculation of key economic indicators (marginal profit, cost price, variable and fixed costs, profitability, plan-fact analysis, factor, horizontal and vertical analysis).
• Evaluation of economic efficiency of projects.
• Monitoring and analyzing the work of key units/departments, including key KPIs and factors affecting sales.
• Assessment of the efficiency of resource use, analysis of deviations and search for ways of optimization.
• Provision of proposals for business goals, their monitoring and control.
• Reengineering of internal business processes.
• Development of relevant normative documents, such as regulations, regulations and rules.
• Participation in drawing up financial plans and company reporting.
