Financial Manager in Joys

We are looking for a Financial Manager. 

Responsibilities:

- Communication with partners, control of payments (approximately 20-30 active partners, but there are about 100 in total)

- Control, coordination, analysis, and management of the team's cash flows, mitigation of possible financial risks, cost optimization;

- Daily/monthly reporting on customers;

- Calculation of statistical indicators CPA, CPL, ROI, CR, total by teams.

- Working with online payment systems, making and monitoring payments;

- Analysis of financial statements and additional indicators;

- Maintaining P&L reports;

- Financial planning;

- Preparation of reports for management.

Our requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a financial manager;

- Experience in managing company finances: providing recommendations, implementing solutions;

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and other business processes;

- Experience working in a media buying team/network;

- Fluency in English. All communication and reporting in the company is in English.
