Waiting from the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of finance, accounting, or economics; li>
• Experience as a Financial Manager/Head of the Financial Department for at least 3 years;
• Experience in team management;
• Knowledge of the principles of formation and interconnection between P&L/ CF/ Balance;
• Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP);
• Experience with budgeting, financial flow management, preparation and control of reporting;
• High skills of analysis and interpretation of financial statements;
• Analytical mindset, attentiveness when working with numbers and reports;
• Experience with process automation and accounting systems;
• Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate (level from B2 and higher);
• Availability of special certificates (ACCA, CIPA, CIMA) will be an advantage.

Functional duties:

• Creation and analysis of consolidated financial and management reporting (CF, P&L, Balance, reporting at the request of shareholders);
• Budgeting and planning of the company;
• Control, coordination and analysis of the company's financial flows;
• Control of the calculation of production costs and pricing;
• Participation in making strategic decisions of the company;
• Management of individual company projects;< /li>
• Control of the work of the financial department;
• Participation in tax planning;
• Communication with auditors, banks, etc.;
• Control of financial procedures companies;
• Update of the principles of formation and management accounting methodology.
