Who would you like to take to the team?

1. A person who has specific experience working in a foreign FMCG company. Not necessarily the last place of work, but there should be at least one previous one. Unfortunately, they are not ready to consider other areas of business.
2. The company is foreign, so the level of English must be at least C1
3. I worked as a financial manager. We can also consider the position of financial director, if there is a desire to do almost everything independently and with your own hands (there will be no subordinates)
4. A person ready for a hybrid work format (3 days in the office, 2 remotely)
5. Communicative, because you will have to communicate with other units a lot and fruitfully. 
6. Team, the team is not large, we do not like conflicts and pulling the blanket over ourselves >What will be the main responsibilities?
   1. Support and control of all financial operations in the company
   2. Compilation and control of the budget (according to international standards)
   3. Formation of financial statements
   4. Cash flow control, management, risk forecasting
   5. Maintain international standards of the company's financial activities
   6. There is no need to introduce something very new , the work is practically fixed. But still, your proposals for modernization will not remain without consideration
