Financial Manager in Langate

Langate Software is looking for an active, innovative, experienced Financial Manager, to join our company and take charge of essential tasks. 

 Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 

• Experience working in a software company for at least 3 years 

• Knowledge of treasury processes 

• Experience in accounting in Ukraine, Estonia, and the United States 

• Ability to analyze financial data effectively 

• Proven expertise in financial analysis techniques 

• Experience with corporate ERP systems (e.g., Quickbooks or similar) 

• Knowledge of marketing metrics and their correlation with financial indicators  

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft spreadsheets, and Microsoft products 

• English Language:  upper-intermediate or higher proficiency (ability to maintain documentation in English) 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with IT Fin 

   Responsibilities: 

• Managing and automating all financial operations (making profitability calculations, making transfer pricing, collating accounts receivable, company balance sheets, etc) 

• Generate and analyze financial reports 

• Work closely with the corporate Accountant to ensure accurate financial data collection 

• Reconcile payroll with time-tracking data 

• Monitor internal budgets and expenses 

• Continuously improve the Company’s internal financial processes
