Financial Manager in PayAdmit

PayAdmit is looking for a Financial Manager to join our team!

Main requirements:

• Willingness to work with google sheets, .xlsx, financial documents and interact with counterparties;
• A confident user of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software packages;
• Experience with CRM systems and Jira;
• Previous experience in a financial position in a bank, insurance or media buying - welcome;
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes;
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
• Good command of English conversational level (B1 or higher);
• High communication skills and focus on results.

Additional requirements:

• Ability to work in team;
• Knowledge of the basics of accounting and financial analysis;
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions and adhere to set deadlines;
• Availability of a stable Internet is an important necessity for the performance of work tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of processing financial transactions, including reconciliation with partners regarding the services provided and formation of final results;
• Formation and invoicing for project partners;
• Daily display of accrued income in CRM;
• Participation in the automation of financial processes;
• Preparation of data for the formation of a management reporting package ;

• Participation in financial projects and performance of other management tasks related to financial analysis

Working conditions:

• Working schedule from 10:00 to 19:00;
