Finance manager in ALFA Smart Agro

Alfa Smart Agro is a national manufacturer of plant protection products and microfertilizers that has been successfully operating in the Ukrainian agribusiness market for over 20 years. We create our own preparative forms and produce them at our innovative plant according to international quality standards.

Our company has a vacancy for a Financial Manager.

Functional duties:

• Collection , processing and consolidation of information on investment and other projects of the company/companies.
• Calculation of the planned cost, accounting of part of the costs in the cost structure, and control of the actual cost.
• Control of the correctness of the displayed analytics in accounting : expense items, subdivisions.
• Participation in the preparation of P&L, C&F, Balance sheet, operating expenses by company/company areas
• Plan-factor analysis of the implementation of all types of budgets (operating, investment) , analysis of deviations in accordance with the TFS
• Systemic control of costs in accordance with the approved budget of the project/direction, daily cooperation with the treasury on applications for payment
• Participation in automation projects 1c, incl. h writing technical tasks
• Preparation of reports for banks, according to the terms of credit agreements (transcripts to financial statements, etc.)
• Preparation of quarterly consolidated information for further use by the accounting department of the enterprise
• Active participation in the budgeting of the company/companies
• Constant communication with the heads of the CFS on the plan-fact of their budgets
• Execution of non-regular requests from the CFS

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher financial or economic education.< /li>
• Work experience of 3 years or more (wholesale trade, production).
• Experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of the basics and principles of accounting and management accounting.
• Knowledge of 1C 8.3 UTP, 1C UPP.
• High level of use of MS Excel.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information.
