Finance manager in Miyamoto Ukraine

MIYAMOTO Ukraine is involved in the humanitarian restoration of buildings that were damaged as a result of the Russian attack. We cooperate with the UN and other international organizations. 

MIYAMOTO Ukraine works in the regions most affected by the attacks, such as Kharkiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Kherson.

We are currently looking for a Financial Manager in the Kyiv office .

Requirements for the candidate:

< li style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Analytical mindset and understanding of business indicators;
• Understanding key forms of management financial reporting (CF, PL, BS) with experience in drawing up and presenting reports; knowledge of Power Query and Power BI will be an advantage;
• Experience with 1C (accounting and management accounting);
• High level of self-organization, responsibility, communication skills;
• Scrupulosity and attention to detail;
• Higher education in economics or finance.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements (BS, PL, CF) by the 10th of each month.
• Implementation of consolidated management reporting and regulations for entering information into the system by the company's divisions;
• Audit of transactions in the 1C database, detection of inconsistencies and incorrect operations and their correction;
• Financial analysis of activities and projects (project evaluation) — calculation of planned and actual cost (unit economy);
• Compilation of budgets for the organization and individual projects, control over their implementation;
• Formation of payment calendar and control of expenditure of funds in accordance with the approved budget;
• Participation in internal and external meetings as necessary.

Conditions:

• work in an office in the center of Kyiv, Mon-Fri with 09:00 to 18:00, lunch break;
