Who we are looking for
Experienced CFO / Head of Finance functions who has a management perspective, knows how to work in a multidisciplinary environment and wants to combine CFO function and COO function.
Your goals in the first 12 months
Provide transparent and predictable financial model for all directions.
Increase profitability of businesses due to analytics and cost optimization.
Reduce the number of errors, chaotic situations and "fires" in operations.
Improve cash flow, liquidity and cost control.
Set up regular reporting in a single, understandable format.
Strengthen internal coordination between areas (retail, administrative unit, lease, media).
Your key areas of responsibility
Finance (CFO function)
Control of the correctness of financial and accounting data.
Building and maintaining budgets, forecasts, cash flow.
Operational activities (COO-function)
Coordination of work between all directions.
Maintaining order, systematicity and control points in processes.
Controlling the execution of tasks by key by employees.
Building effective internal communication.
Participation in hiring, adaptation and evaluation of employees (if necessary).
Real estateand media
Monthly review of key financial indicators.
Control of rental payments, basic administrative support.
Requirements for the candidate
Education
Higher financial education.
Experience
5+ years in the position of financial director / head of the financial function.
management of operational processes.
Experience in retail, distribution or multidisciplinary companies is preferred.
Professional competencies
Deep expertise in financial control and management.
Confident. knowledge of accounting and management reporting.
Ability to build budgets, P&L, cash flow, forecasts.
Experience in cost optimization and business performance analysis.
Skills in systematization, process organization and control.
Owning management analytics tools.
