PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Optimization of processes and procedures; Managing a 10-person team; cost structure analysis; introduction of reporting in international structures; Creating, implementing and controlling the company's short- and long-term strategy (especially financial and investment) and current operational activities. The financial director will also be responsible for analyzing, preparing and approving periodic reports on the company's financial situation (budget plans, balance sheet, cash flow, company settlement declarations for ZUS, GUS, tax offices).
