PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Optimization of processes and procedures; Managing a 10-person team; cost structure analysis; introduction of reporting in international structures; Creating, implementing and controlling the company's short- and long-term strategy (especially financial and investment) and current operational activities. The financial director will also be responsible for analyzing, preparing and approving periodic reports on the company's financial situation (budget plans, balance sheet, cash flow, company settlement declarations for ZUS, GUS, tax offices). REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in a specific field (Master's or postgraduate studies in economics, specializing in accounting/finance/managemente),
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in finance, auditing or accounting,
• Experience in managing a department or company (at least a team of several people),
• Experience in mergers, optimization of financial departments, cost structures, etc.
• Experience in a similar industry, in a manufacturing company, is welcome,
• Good knowledge of Polish regulations regarding, among others, balance sheet law, tax law, foreign exchange law and accounting principles,
• Very good knowledge of German; English is welcome
• Highly developed analytical and planning skills, ability to realistically assess the situation, results orientation, stress resistance, ability to work under time pressure, responsibility, team management skills and decision-making.
