Financial director (retail trade, ZED) in Departament Resursov

Task:

• Organization, management and control of the work of the financial service and accounting;
• Control of the correctness of the work of the accounting department, support of tax audits; : (PL, CF, BS) horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, PEST, SWOT, ABC, CVP analysis, calculation of financial ratios, modeling of business projects with consideration of NVP, IRR, PP discounting, analysis of ROI, EVA, EBITDA, WACC;
• Ensuring financial and economic operations from the foreign economic activity;
• Tax planning, regulation and optimization of tax obligations of residents and non-residents;
• Exchange control of export import operations;
• Organization and consolidation of budgets into a single General Budget, control and management of budget execution;
• Management and control of working capital, formation of optimal schemes of financial flows, coordination of payments/contracts, ensuring of the payment calendar (Schedule of Payments) (operational CF);
• Investment analysis, construction of financial/economic models of projects, development of feasibility studies and evaluation of the economic efficiency of investment projects;
• Communication with banking institutions, a full cycle of work with banks, preparation of a package of documents, negotiations on obtaining and support of loans, restructuring for residents and non-residents;
• Investment attraction, full support for obtaining financing, project loans, credit lines, overdrafts, factoring.

Requirements:

• Experience in the financial field for at least 5 years;
• Higher education in the field of finance, accounting or economics;
• Experience in retail trade and foreign economic activity;
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting and reporting;
• Ability to work with accounting programs;
• High level of analytical skills and the ability to make strategic financial decisions;

• Ability to work under pressure and in a rapidly changing situation.

Working conditions

• Five days (Monday-Friday) from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Office in the city center.
