Financial director (retail chain)

The company is a retail chain, invites a Financial director to its team.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of finance or economics
• Experience of working in managerial financial positions for at least 3 years (preferably in a retail trade)
• In-depth knowledge of the principles of accounting, tax and management accounting
• Experience in managing the budget process, controlling, analyzing performance indicators
• Practical experience working with banks (loans, documentary instruments, etc.)
• Confident cash flow management skills
• Confident user of accounting systems (experience with SAP will be advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Control of management accounting and preparation of financial statements according to IFRS
• Organization and control of the budgeting process (formation of income, expenses, summation in terms of CPF)
• Management of cash flows, formation and control of the payment calendar
• Cooperation with banks regarding credit and other financial products
• Implementation of plan-fact analysis and analysis of financial and economic activity
• Assessment of financial risks related to investments, lending, changes in market conditions
• Participation in the development of a business development strategy, construction of financial models
• Participation in internal and external audits
• Participation in automation projects of accounting and financial processes
