Financial director (real estate) in RITM

The company is currently growing actively , is developing and expanding borders, therefore we invite to our team a Financial Director.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics or accounting; 
• Experience in management positions in the financial/accounting sphere from 2 years;
• In-depth knowledge in the field of financial analysis, planning and management;
• Ability to work with financial tools and software (1C, SAP, MS Excel); 
• High level of responsibility, organization and analytical thinking;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Duties :

• Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy;
• Management of financial flows and ensuring financial stability;
• Control over the preparation and implementation of the budget; 
• Analysis of financial indicators and development of recommendations to improve efficiency; 
• Financial reporting in accordance with the requirements of the law and internal standards; 
• Management of investment projects and financial risks; 
• Conducting financial research and preparing analytical reports for management.
