Financial Director (Production) in Spell

We have huge plans for further development - that is why we are looking for a Financial Director for our team. What you will need to do while working in our team: Preparation of P&L, CashFlow in terms of activities, Balance Sheet, plan/fact. Formation of analytical reports. Maintenance of payment calendar ; work with banks (including foreign banks). Detailing of management reporting by areas of activity. Work with counterparties: conducting settlements with counterparties. Calculation and analysis of product profitability. Formation and adjustment of budget (forecast) models for existing and prospective projects (PL, CF, WC) and management of the budget process. Organization and participation in management accounting automation projects. Organization of financial accounting in cooperation with accounting departments (including in the EU), tax planning. Our ideal candidate: Active, knows how to work with a team and in a team, has organizational skills, knows how to delegate; Has experience in e-commerce and in the accounting system of an omnichannel business model; Experience in finance from 7 years, incl. in managerial positions or as a financier responsible for the entire range of financial service responsibilities; Worked with production (the advantage will be food); Understands 1C UTP 8.3; Has a higher financial or economic education; Experience in work and business communication with foreign companies, knowledge of the basics of taxation in the EU (preferable), so speaks English at the level of Upper-Intermediate and above; Knows accounting, tax and management accounting, document management, has experience in financial and management activities, made calculations of the cost of products, financial models; Has a desire to understand in the way the company functions, knows how to build and implement changes, has a systematic and analytical approach to tasks; What we offer our employees: Decent stable salary (we are based on the wishes of the candidate) The possibility of growth and development within the company.
