Financial director (petroleum products trading) in Departament Resursov

The company is looking for a highly professional Financial Director for its entire team in Odessa. Tasks: Analysis of the financial status, projects, assets and liabilities of the firm in accordance with the goals of the owner, forecast for 72 months, construction of a financial action plan in accordance with the company's goals; Control of accounting of excise goods and control of compliance with tax indicators. Organization of work in the following directions: Budgeting (control and development of the company's budgeting system, analysis of deviations); Development and control of the management accounting system in the company; Financial flow management (control of the regularity of financial transactions with accounts in Ukraine and in the foreign part of the company); Accounting management (control of tax compliance burden on the goals set for the accounting department); financial planning, assessment of investment projects; management of working capital and liquidity of the enterprise; Organization of financing of all company projects, analysis and transformation of the company's credit portfolio, support and maintenance of concluded credit and deposit transactions, display of transactions in management accounting; Creation of internal regulatory and legal acts and organization of audit and cash activities aimed at eliminating unauthorized leakage of the company's tangible assets; Construction of the company's annual balance sheet of assets and liabilities and deriving the financial result for the company's owners. Requirements: higher education in the field of economics and/or financial management; successful experience in managing the company's financial service for at least 5 years; skills in implementing modern ERP systems; experience conducting negotiations with jugs; skills in managing the financial department of the company (from 10 people); citizenship of Ukraine (permanent residence in Odessa). Working conditions: Mode of work: basic 5-day work schedule, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., irregular working day, office in the central part of the city.
