Who we are looking for:

A key valuable product position: ensuring the financial stability and development of the company. What is important in this position:
- Higher economic education in financial accounting / accounting and auditing, preferably an MBA degree.
- Experience in a relevant position of 5 years or more.
- Experience in building a company's financial model from scratch (BS, PL, CF ).
- Understanding the financial statements of the company / group, accounting principles, the ability to draw up the company's management reporting based on source data.
- Knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level.
< li>Experience of working in the BAS KUP system (complex enterprise management).
What you will have to do:
- Management accounting. Organization, management, implementation, control and responsibility for management accounting in a group of companies (8 units, non-residents of Ukraine - 7 units).
- Accounting. Organization, management, implementation, control and responsibility for accounting in a group of companies. Selection of outsourcing in the unit countries.
- Controlling. Organization, management, implementation, control and responsibility for the controlling process in a group of companies.
- Budgeting. Organization, management, implementation, control and responsibility for the budgeting process of group companies. Long-term, medium-term and operational planning. Process automation. Conducting plan-factor analyses, development and implementation of the risk and opportunity card assessment model.
- Formation of the company’s management reporting (Balance sheet, P&L), plan-fact analysis on a weekly/monthly basison a monthly / quarterly / annual basis.
- Treasury. Organization, management, implementation, control and responsibility. Treasury process automation. Work with banks on document management.
- Tax planning. Development, implementation, if necessary, updating of tax planning of group enterprises.
- Credit policy. Work with banks and funds to attract credit resources.
- Automation of processes. Description of business processes, definition and launch of enterprise management systems, processes at enterprises.
- Working with auditing companies. Organization, management, implementation of work on preparing the company for audits, conducting audits, obtaining audit conclusions.
