Main function blocks in the position:

Functional duties of the Financial Director: Organization control of the use of all company resources to ensure the efficient use of company resources and guarantee the preservation of owners' funds.Development of measures that contribute to increasing the amount of profit of each area of the company's activity in order to increase the overall efficiency of the company's activities Participation in the development of the company's strategy and strategic decision-making (financial perspective, risk analysis, business case analysis)Development and updating of the business financial model (management, tax, CFO, structure, teams, principles of interaction between business units and subdivisions)Organization of the budget planning process for all areas and divisions of the company. Control of compliance of actual indicators with planned ones and analysis of deviations, Analysis of the main indicators of the companies' activity, which affect the result of individual business units (directions) and the entire company as a whole. Development of proposals aimed at to increase the financial results of the company's activities and individual areas.Organization of the analysis of all types of enterprise costs with further optimization of costs. Development of measures that reduce the influence of factors leading to non-productive costs.Analysis and optimal selection of funding sources in relation to the conditions and specifics of the company's activities. Information support for negotiations and the necessary document flow with credit and investment organizations.Control of the use of loan funds and evaluation of the effectiveness of capital investments of loan resources.Economic analysis of the company's business areas in order to determine their current state and prospects of their development. EXPERIENCE JOB:
- 5+ years in a senior financial position in a large company
- Hospitality experience preferred
