Financial Director (CFO), member of the Bank's Management Board

Iute bank is a modern retail digital bank with foreign capital that operates in accordance with international standards of corporate governance, risk management and financial reporting. Main responsibilities:

• Formation and implementation of the bank's financial strategy in accordance with the goals of shareholders and the group
• Participation in the work of the Board and strategic decision-making
• Management of financial flows, liquidity and capital of the bank
• Ensuring transparent financial reporting (IFRS, management reporting, reporting to the regulator) for the investor and the group
• Interaction with the parent company and international auditors
• Control of budgeting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Optimization of costs and improvement of business efficiency
• Control of accounting and financial planning functions
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies groups
• Partnership with product, IT and marketing teams to make data-based decisions
• Optimization of cost-to-income through automation and digitization of financial processes
• Development of a diversified strategy for investing the bank's raised funds

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics or accounting
• Fluency in English
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CFA or similar) - desirable
• Experience of CFO / deputy CFO or head/deputy head of finance in a bank, fintech company or digital business from 3+ years
• In-depth knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
• Experience of interaction with foreign investors or international financial groups
• Understanding banking regulation and NBU requirements
