REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in a specific field (Master's or postgraduate studies in economics with specialization in accounting/finance/management),
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in finance, auditing or accounting,
• Experience in managing a department or company (at least a team of several people),
• Experience in mergers, optimization of financial departments, cost structures, etc.
• Experience in similar industry, in a manufacturing company,
• Good knowledge of Polish regulations regarding, among others, balance sheet law, tax law, foreign exchange law and accounting principles,
• Very good knowledge of German; English is welcome
• Highly developed analytical and planning skills, ability to realistically assess the situation, results orientation, stress resistance, ability to work under time pressure, responseflexibility, team management skills and decision-making.
