We are looking for a CFO (financial director) for one of the areas of agribusiness!

What should be done?

• perform strategic and financial planning of the entrusted company;
• prepare and analyze financial and management reporting (CF, P&L, Balance);
• manage tax and management accounting processes;
• develop and monitor income and expenditure budgets, control their compliance;
• systematize, conduct, structure and regulate costs; 
• analyze deviations according to norms and provide solutions for deviations;
• optimize costs; 
• conduct economic analysis and planning, economics unit;
• cooperate with banks, auditors and other financial institutions;
• ensure effective use of invested capital, manage investment projects; 
• identify financial risks and develop strategies to minimize them;
• conduct financial research and prepare analytical reports for shareholders.

What do we expect?

• higher education in finance, accounting or economics; 
• experience setting up management accounting and management reporting;
• deep knowledge in the field of financial analysis, planning and management; 
• perfect knowledge of financial, tax, accounting; 
• 3 years of experience in management positions in the financial/accounting field;
• experiencefrom drawing up budgets, analyzing their implementation;
• ability to work with financial instruments, with large volumes of information and software BAS ERP, SAP, MS Excel, etc.; 
• experience in automation of management and accounting; ?
• excellent analytical, communication, management and leadership skills; 
• high level of responsibility, organization, initiative and stress resistance.
