Financial director / financial controller in Sigma solyushins, OOO

The construction holding is looking for a financial controller / financial director to implement ambitious plans for the implementation of management reporting and budgeting. Main responsibilities: - Management of the company's financial operations; - Budgeting and analysis of budget execution; - Accounting and control of cash and other assets; - Improvement and optimization of business processes in the company; - Preparation of consolidated financial statements (P&L, CF, Balance) ;- Participation in the automation of the management accounting of the enterprise;- Participation in projects aimed at increasing the profitability and development of the company;- Making quick management decisions to improve the economic indicators of the company.- Communication with the founders; Necessary experience:- Higher education in the field of finance, accounting or of economics; - Experience of working in a similar position for at least 5 years; - Experience of successful implementation (development) of budgeting, management reporting and financial control systems; - Knowledge of financial law, tax and accounting; - Experience of working with programs 1C, Excel, ability to work with a large amount of information; - Experience in the field of construction will be an advantage; Working conditions: - Official employment - Full time from 9:00 to 18:00. - Comfortable office near the metro station - Loyal management
