We are looking for a responsible and experienced chief accountant who will be responsible for the financial activities of the company, keep accounting and tax records, supervise the work of assistants and administer the electronic document flow of the company. ✅ We expect from you: Experience from 3 years in the position of chief accountant (preferably in e-commerce or trading business). You constantly update your knowledge of legislative and regulatory legal acts in the field of accounting and tax accounting, you know how to apply them in practice in relation to the business interests of the company. You understand the procedure for using fiscal PRRO in economic activity. You have experience in keeping tax records on a simplified system of taxation of sole proprietorships, experience in their registration and termination. You understand the processes of tax optimization within the limits established by law. You understand accounting software interfaces (1C, Vchasno, Medoc). LLC invoices. ✅ What to do? Keeping the company's accounting and tax records. Electronic VAT administration. Tax accounting (EUV, 1DF, VAT). Create and check contracts/additional agreements with suppliers. Monitor and check the work of accountants and cashiers. Administer electronic document flow of the company. Control receivables and payables. Maintain personnel documentation according to the company's activity. from my KPI. With back-up Internet (Starlink) and power supply, the necessary equipment for work and comfortable workplaces. Work in a motivated team that is interested in the result. Paid vacation and sick leave. Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10: 00, and finish from 17:00 to 19:00.
