Tasks and roles:

• Management of financial planning and budgeting of the Fund;

• Operational and strategic management of financial issues of the Fund;

• Control of financial activity, analysis of indicators and development of measures for their improvement;

Development and implementation of the Fund's financial development strategies:

• Financial risk management and maximization of financial efficiency;< /p>

• Preparation of financial statements and ensuring compliance with legal requirements;

• Management of the team with financial - legal issues;

• Management of setting, control and adjustment of team tasks, as well as their overall workload;

• Working with measures to increase the level of team involvement;

• Systematization of the work of the financial and legal department.

Qualities we expect from the candidate:

• relevant work experience of 4 years or more;

• financial competence: the ability to manage the organization's budget, use resources effectively and attract financial support.

• communication skills: excellent public speaking, written communication skills and the ability to communicate with patrons, partners and the community. 

• leadership qualities: the ability to lead a team, motivate employees and manage projects

• strategic thinking: the ability to develop strategic plans and set priorities to achieve the organization's mission.
