In connection with the expansion of the company, we are looking for: Financial Director
Functions: Management accounting, tax planning, financial control.< /p>
Responsibilities:
- strategic planning of taxation of a group of companies;
- development of tools to reduce the tax burden of a group of companies;< /font>
- formation of management reporting of a group of companies, plan-fact analysis on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis, protection of reporting to investors;
- creation of complex cash flow models and mutual settlements;
- optimization, analysis and control of expenses;
- font>
- performance control and analysis of financial indicators;
- formation of financial and management reporting of the company;
- management of cash flows, receivables and payables;
- < font>management of the company's financial risks;
- development of accounting policy for accounting management and preparation of regulations for executors;
- organization and control of the correctness of the accounting and management accounting of the company;
- interaction with business divisions within the framework of preparing the budget and monthly forecasts, operational plan;
- support of projects, control of income, expenses and movement of fixed assets;< /font>
- investment analysis of projects, financial modeling, development of business plans, project support (financial part - budget, CF);
- planning and budgeting;
- preparation of materials for investors;
- automation of management accounting;
- compilation and analysis of economic and financial indicators;
- ensuring economic security;
- analysis and reduction of possible financial risks.
Requirements:
- higher economic education, financial accounting / accounting and auditing;
- knowledge of tax accounting and practical experience in managing the taxation of a group of enterprises ;
- practical work experience in the position of fifinancial manager / CFO from 5 years;
- understanding of company/group financial statements, accounting principles, ability to prepare management reports of the company based on the weekend data;
- knowledge of IFRS;
- understanding of budgeting processes / business planning;
- confident user of Excel, experience working with large amounts of information, modeling and automation of calculations;
- confident user of PowerPoint, ability to present thoughts / ideas in the form of presentations;
- good communication skills , the ability to negotiate, express one's thoughts in a clear and structured manner;
- knowledge of the English language at the intermediate level; li>
- willingness to take responsibility for one's work and results, proactivity, initiative, sociability;
- work experience in 1C 8.3 or UT/UNF systems;
- business logic, the ability to see opportunities and risks, independently carry out complex analysis in conditions of uncertainty and limited information;
- readiness for command.
