Financial Director (CFO) in Zviger Avto

ZvigerAuto is an international company with a Ukrainian heart. Since 2017, we have been helping customers choose and deliver cars from the USA, and today it is a business with almost a hundred professionals, growth and ambitions to go global. We are currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - a leader who sees the business by numbers, builds the company's financial architecture and manages cash flowsso that every dollar works for development.

Your role in the company

• Conduct a full audit of financial processes and build a transparent, efficient financial management system.
• Build the company's financial model: accounting, planning, forecasting, control.
• Develop and implement budgets, financial plans and control their implementation.
• Create a clear system of management reporting and financial analytics.
• Identify financial risks and implement solutions to minimize them.
• Optimize costs and increase efficiency use of resources.
• Form and develop a team of financiers: tasks, control, growth.
• Work closely with the owner and CEO on strategic decisions.

We are looking for you if you:

• You have 3+ years of experience in a senior financial position (CFO / head of the financial department).
• You are well versed in international calculations and work with foreign partners.
• You understand tax reporting and financial accounting in different jurisdictions. 
• You think strategically, but you are not afraid to immerse yourself in details.
• You know how to work with large amounts of data and turn numbers into management decisions.
• You take responsibility, act decisively and don't get lost in circumstances of changes.
