Now we are looking forFinancial Director (CFO) - a leader who sees the business by numbers, builds the company's financial architecture and manages cash flows so that every dollar works for development.

Your role in the company

• Conduct a full audit of financial processes and build a transparent, effective financial management system.

• Build the company's financial model: accounting, planning, forecasting, control.

• Develop and implement budgets, financial plans and monitor their implementation.

• Create a clear system of management reporting and financial analysts.

• Identify financial risks and implement solutions to minimize them.

• Optimize costs and increase the efficiency of resource use.

• Form and develop a team of financiers: tasks, control, growth.

• Work closely with the owner and CEO on strategic decisions.

We we are looking for you if you:

• Have3+ years of experience in a financial position (CFO / head of the financial department).

international calculations and work with foreign partners jurisdictions.

• You think strategically, but you are not afraid to dive into the details.

• You know how to work with large amounts of data and turn numbers into management decisions.

• You take responsibility, act decisively and not you get lost in the conditions of change.
