Main requirements:

• English — upperintermediate, Ukrainian, Russian — fluent.
• Higher education: finance/economics.
• Experience in a similar position from 5 years.
• li>Experience of investment activities in the field of production, construction, etc.
• Knowledge of financial, managerial, accounting and tax accounting.
• High level of knowledge of tax and labor legislation of Ukraine.
• Good skills of business planning, budgeting and management of financial flows.
• Knowledge of international legislation in the field of tax law.

Functional duties:< /strong>

• Management of the financial department (up to 10 people)
• Control of accounting and reporting (financial, accounting, tax).
• Planning, coordination and control of financial flows (P&L, cash-flow, budget).
• Financial analysis of the company's activities (operational, investment, financial).
• Evaluation and support of investment agreements (creation/analysis of financial models , compliance control, communication with partners, conducting audits, identifying risks, proposals).
• Cooperation with financial institutions (banks, platforms, funds, etc.) in Ukraine and abroad.
• li>Preparation of reports, concepts and analytical data for CEO and company owner.
• Working with foreign jurisdictions.
• Taxation optimization.
