Requirements:

Higher economic education

Knowledge of accounting standards and tax legislation (preferably a certificate)

• Experience work as a financial director of large enterprises and groups from 5 years (including transport, logistics)
• Experience of successfully managing a financial management automation project
• Quality management competencies (team management from 10 persons)
• Experience of a TOP manager of direct interaction with the owner
• Owning tools for processing and analyzing large databases
• Ability to draw up financial budget and investment models
• Advanced user of MS Excel, 1c, Power BI
• Experience of successfully passing all types of inspections
• Living in Kyiv

Working conditions:

Responsibilities:

• Financial planning and optimization of group cash flows.
• Compilation and updating of the financial model. Tax planning and construction of flows of a group of companies.
• Construction of analytics of types of services and provision of system analysis of the company's work results.
• Reconciliation of contracts and participation in the preparation of terms of agreements with external counterparties.
• Organization, coordination of the interaction of the financial department with other divisions.
• Organization and management of projects in the direction of automation, management accounting, reporting and budgeting.
• Support of the accounting system (1C), production technical tasks of the IT department, ensuring the proper level of accounting automation.
• Budget formation and control of its implementation, plan-factor analysis. 
• Evaluation of investment projects.
• Control of the main accounting department
