Currently, the company is actively growing and develops, has big ambitious plans, that is why we are looking for an active, proactive and variable Financial Director who will build and implement a strategy for the development of the financial department, effectively manage the company's financial resources , optimizes business processes and costs.

?Your tasks:?

• Audit of financial department processes.
• Development andimplementation of the company's financial strategy.
• Organization and control of management, tax and accounting records.
• Optimization of the company's internal business processes and costs.
< li>Effective management of the company's financial resources.
• Management of cash flows and financial risks.
• Formation and management of the team.
• Organization of economic security of the company's activities.

• Passing international audits.
• Organization of quality interaction with banks.

?You are our candidate if you have:?

• 2 years of experience as a Financial Director or Head of the Finance Department.
• Experience in building, systematizing and automating the company's financial activities, developing business processes.
< li>Knowledge of tax legislation, knowledge of accounting, tax and managementof accounting.
• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards.
• Experience of participation in audits of state control bodies.
• Experience of assessing business value and capitalization.
• li>Knowledge of ways to attract investments.
• Experience of Big4 audits (will be an advantage).
• Experience of working in an international company or with non-resident companies (will be an advantage).
• Negotiation and management skills.
• Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, systematicity.
