Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working in companies with Internet sales and retail sales
• Experience of building management and accounting

• Ability to build optimal business processes
• Confident user of 1C UPP (UTP) 8.3
• Mandatory knowledge of SQL,
• Experience of working with large databases.
• Ability to read registers, postings, to compile detailed technical specifications for 1C developers/programmers. 
• Experienced Excel user
• Knowledge of Power BI is welcome.  
• Organization of management reporting (PL, BS, CF)
• Ability to analyze deviations of management data from accounting, practical skills for tax planning.  
• Knowledge and ability to calculate cost in 1C
• Experience of managing a team of 20 employees

Main task:

• Maintenance of management and accounting records
• Implementation of new business processes as necessary
• Ensuring quality control of record keeping
• Optimization of enterprise costs< /li>
• Participation in the construction of the employee motivation system
• Timely preparation of PL, BS, CF management financial statements (planned and on request).
• Defense of quarterly management reports before the Company Owner .  
• Preparation of plan-factor analysis.
• Direct participation in implementation projects of 1C 8.3 KPP
• Control of the correctness of accrual of income and spread of expenses.  
• Development of documents regulating the activities of the department and interaction between organizational units.
• Organization and implementation of control over the actual display of budget indicators.
