International company: real estate agency Ukraine-SpainPosition: Financial directorObjective positions: development and implementation of the financial structure of the project; assessment of strategic plans • analytical accounting; planning of income, expenses, movement of funds; intragroup operations; • Organization of joint work of the financial department with other company departments; • Evaluation of the financial results of the organization for the purpose of tax planning; control of accounting and tax accounting; • Implementation of internal control, regulation of financial accounting; • Compilation of management reporting and analytical reports at the request of the owner and investors; • Development of a system of control, assessment and prevention of risks. • Construction of an effective financial department; • Construction and optimization of business processes and communications. Necessary experience of working in similar positions in the field of real estate, construction in large companies, the ability to think in project categories over €1,000,000.
