You are our candidate if you have:

Professional experience: experience as a CFO. Preferably in the fields of agriculture, production, logistics, distribution/B2B

Critical technical competencies: IFRS, tax accounting, planning; BI, automation, project management; work with big data, Excel, analytics

Soft skills: leadership, strategic thinking, delegation, result orientation, energy, flexibility

Main duties:

Organization of financial work:

planning and management of cash flows;

organization of accounting and management accounting and reporting;

participation in agreeing agreements and contracts;

development and implementation of policies and procedures;

organization of tax planning;

management of the budgeting and forecasting process;

establishment of the main financial indicators necessary for understanding the full picture of the company's activities, and establishing regular reporting (monthly, quarterly) for owners - profitability by crops, Cash Flow per period, cost of 1 ha, EBITDA, specific weight of expenses for logistics, storage, PPE, PMM, salary, etc.
