What is important for this position?

• Higher financial education.
• Experience as a financial director or head of one of the financial departments for at least 2 years in a system company.
• li>Skills in building processes and business systematization.
• Knowledge of accounting systems, skills in data analysis and management.
• Experience in the formation of management reporting in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Understanding causal relationships.
• Understanding of accounting and tax legislation.
• Good analytical and financial planning skills;
• Ability to work with financial information in compliance privacy and ethics.
• English language proficiency at B1+ level.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Definition and implementation of the optimal financial and legal model of the company's work, which corresponds to Ukrainian and international legislation and business conditions.
• Ensuring financial transactions in domestic and foreign economic activities and support export-import contracts.
• Experience in opening company offices abroad and accounts in international banks.
• Control over all areas of accounting and ensuring high-quality document flow in accordance with current legislative norms.
• li>Control of accounting reporting, including state reporting;
• Informing management about performance results.
• Internal audit and control (audit).

It will be a plus:

• Experience in the fields of E-com, AdTech, FinTech, Affiliate marketing.
• Experience of cooperation with international financial and legal contractors.
